It is my plans to attend the rally June 26, 2009 and I hope that I will see a lot of you also. Probably take me about 2 1/2 hours to drive, but I think it's something that is very important to attend. It's a very rare circumstance that I drive deep into enemy territory (my birthplace) Chicago, but I know I will be among a lot of friends.

I really wish I was going to be in town.  I'm not moving back (yes, moving BACK) to Chicago from Salt Lake until the beginning of August.

Hi Mark, I happy to hear that you will be joining us in Chicago for the 2nd Amendment Freedom Rally in June. I appreciate your comments about the rally on episode #115, and I'll make sure to let the contact person at Illinois Carry to contact you about doing an interview for GRRN. I look forward to meeting you in person, and if you need anything while you're in Chicago, you let me know.

This would be a good opportunity to help promote the GRRN and so I am looking for volunteers that would be available to hand out our promotional flyer at the rally.

Does anyone have a good idea on how many will be attending? Looking for an estimate on how many fliers I should print.

Hey Mark,

Well, let me think about this...ahhh...I live in Chicago....14 minutes away from the State of Illinois building where the rally will take place - of course I'll help you pass out the flyer!  Grin

Let me know if you need help printing out fliers.

Do you think 100 copies should be enough? I made the copies with my copy machine that was donated to me some years ago. Some were made on plain white paper and I did some on Orange paper.

I'm going to try to be there early to hopefully try to do some pre-interviews and maybe set up my recording equipment to record the entire presentation.

I'm planning on being there. As much as I despise the City of Chicago this is too important to miss.

Miguel, thanks for printing out all those GRRN colored Flyers and getting most of them handed out before us stragglers made it. (yes we were a little late getting there)

I enjoyed meeting you and your wife and I think we have some excellent audio of the interview with you that will be in the next episode podcast.

Apologies to all the other network listeners that tried to have a conversation with me at the rally. I do get pretty focused on at the job at hand and it may appeared that I was ignoring some people and I was hoping to talk to all of you after the rally but it broke up fairly quickly.

If you attended the rally and would like to discuss with me what you thought of it please e-mail me fairly quickly so we can get your comments in the next podcast.
