My only desire... To bridge on division.

I 2nd Duct Tape... <---great name Cheesy  I love the SmartCarry for my Glock 27...  It is awesome concealment, no one can tell and it helps keep an undershirt tucked in if wearing one for work.  I wore it for 10 hours one day at work while working sales at a home show, on my feet all day...very comfortable.  I don't use the magazine pocket though, I like to reserve that space for "comfort."  Just adjust piece so it is to the one side of your other "piece." lol  Only downside is the time it takes to access your weapon(you gotta reach way down there)...putting it away is just as difficult.  I wear it because I don't want to be made.  I feel if I really, really, really need that option, it's there.  As far as a speed draw though, I have yet to find something I would be comfortable with as completely "concealed."  That Minotaur MTAC Holster looks nice...I may have to invest in one.  Would the Kydex be harsh on the finish of a Glock?

I have to admit... I've had my CCW almost a year now and selecting the right holster is much more difficult than choosing a firearm...   Huh

I carry my 26 in a FIST K4 tuckable.  Super thin Kydex, great price.  They also make leather and hybrid holsters:

Don't neglect the belly band when you need deep concealment and may not even have a belt.  Sixties' technology, but still workin' daily for lots of folks, some with surprisingly large guns and remarkably tight dress codes at work.

Brand reccomendations? Galco?  or anything in particular to look for as far as quality, fit, etc?

Galco and Gould & Goodrich are two belly bands I can recommend.

If you can't find any locally, Jon and Steve have belly bands at ProArms, 386 364 GUNS.

I carry a Glock 27 daily in a Galco RG286, love it. I've done so for about 4 years with no problems.
