Hello Everyone,

Sometime ago I read a piece from Mas that mentioned D&L Sports' dual tactical light mount that positioned the Surefire(?) lights at 11:00 and 1:00 o'clock respectively on the forend of an AR15.  If memory serves, I believe Mas liked the combination for shooting from cover from either the left or right side without exposing too much of your body.

Mas:  Could you please comment on this concept further along with any additional thoughts on pros and cons of this setup and what mounts you would utilize to set up a rifle this way.

I checked D&L's website, but only found the mount listed in a full blown custom rifle package.  Not individually.

Thanks for the input.

Tested it years ago on Dave's Perimeter Rifle package. Worked great. Like anything you add to the front end, though, it adds weight and interferes with balance.

best,
Mas
