I really enjoyed the Crimson trace show. Its kind of funny that my thoughts when I listened to it the second time was how good of a job Mr. Denney did. I think he really keeps things flowing and cohesive. I don't know why this jumped at me today but I thought I would post my thoughts. Thanks for your work Steve.

Steve... as well as Gail...are the ultimate kindergarten teachers. They tend to create order out of the normal chaos one realizes when young children are allowed to play without proper adult supervision.

Thanks for the compliment. Yes, I will be back. It's just a logistics/travel/deadline thing. Timing didn't let me reach Mas' living room when this Podcast had to be done. There will be others, and my chair is still there, and being kept warm.

Thank you, Superheat, for your kind words. It takes a team to pull off these podcast sessions without things turning into a free-for-all. Our gang seems to have the right combination of knowledge, thick skin, confidence, humility, assertiveness and respect for each other (even GOF) that all I really have to do is try to stay out of the way. But, thanks to you, I'm now going to ask for a raise.

GOF's chair may be warm but I went by last night and drank his beer . Chris next time you come over be sure to bring a beer refill. Hope the van is big enough. Nobody but Steve and Gail realize how tough they have it keeping the boys in line. Like Steve said, in this group you MUST have thick skin!! It sure is a pleasure working with this group.

JB I'm installing a trailer hitch on the van. U-Haul trailer rentals aren't that expensive. I'll have enough beer... at least for one Podcast.

See! This is exactly the kind of thing I have to deal with all the time. Some kind person tries to pay me a compliment, however undeserved, and it becomes all about GOF's beer. Honestly, you'd think nobody ever heard of Knob Creek or Mint Juleps. Not to mention Southern Comfort.
Cat wranglin' ain't all it's cracked up to be!

QUESTION: Did she officially change her name to "INTREPID" Pepin?

Actually, Gail has several nicknames... my personal favorite being "Web Wench". However, during the Podcasts.... when she puts on her "stern glance", picks up her big wooden ruler, and starts whacking me on the knuckles with it... I should start referring to her as "Mother Superior".
While we're on the subject of Team Pro Arms nicknames... Terri has only one as far as I'm concerned...."Sarge"..... You'd have to see her in action to understand why... but it fits.... at least as far as my 10 years in the military tells me.

Well, whatever all ya'll are going to call Gail, let's make sure she approves. One thing I know for sure about these podcasts is that they would not happen if it weren't for her. The rest of us can talk and consume the appropriate libations, but only Gail can take it from the discussion table to the internet. The rest of us would be absolutely incapable of doing the techno-stuff. Really!
