if it is known that the people in that neighborhood have money, that makes that neighborhood a larger target....
Well in reality North Dallas is the safest part of the city (that's where all the Billionaires live), but I agree with you. Crime can happen anywhere at anytime which is why you can't be walking around in condition white. That being said North Dallas or Highland Park your odds would be lowest of being a victim.
