With as many disciplines that we have and thousands of shooters, you'd believe we would have a decent range in the area but nope.
It will be a tad north in the middle of nowhere, Florida. And there will be a chopper involved  Grin

Better yet, somewhere in north Fla. Orlando ?   That would be great.                                               Terri

By the way, where in the hell did your group get those charging targets. They were great!  Grin! Would love to have some of those for North Florida.

Yep, Frank wants to have a sanctioned match and spoke with Hunny Bunny about it. I haven't been to Frank's place yet, but everybody raves about it. The buzz is up in TSSA and evil minds are already designing courses of fire. Right now we are having an argument about moving target vs stationary targets. Some say only moving targets are challenging, I plan to demonstrate stationary target CoFs can be a certified pain in the ...you know what <sinister laugh added>

The charging targets were designed and built by people in our and the Keys clubs with more brains and skill that I could ever hope to have. They were at it since September of last year and put tons of work, sweat, cussing and chicken wings from Hooters.

If the match at Frank's happens, plan on see them again, a tad faster and FOUR not three.....and the chopper will be in the CoF

Deb,
Be careful! These people are like crack dealers.... "Oh, come shoot a match in Jax", then you're buying all these guns and shooting all this ammo... Crack dealers, I tell ya...

If possible, how would one get their hands on a set of plans for one of those charging targets? We're starting to draft stages for the 2010 Wisconsin state shoot and we discussed the need for a charging target.

Miguel

Thanks, if the match goes we will do our best to be there. If you don't mind I will get pictures of the target system and try to make some for North Fl. You are right about stationary targets being arranged to be a pain in the a--.

Hope to see you in Frostproof.
