Thanks for another GREAT podcast. I confess, however, than I miss the roundtable discussions of individual firearms.

That was a great episode. It really brought me up to speed on all the details of the case. I referenced that podcast episode this morning on freerepublic.com. Hopefully it'll drive some traffic this way.

Thank you Gail. I too missed the roundtable discussions but this information needs to get out there. I honestly didn't realize how ignorant I was in regards to the States vs. our Bill of Rights.

I am really disappointed that every time Alan Gura tried to answer a question of the Justices they would interupt him before he got 2 words out. Why do we have to stick with a 140 year old bad decision?

I liked that one. I still have the oral arguments of Heller in my iPod.
@Daeglan Were you at the oral hearings? If not and you can point me to the oral arguments, I would appreciate it. I didn't think the audio was out yet.

No Audio. reading the transcripts. Which is available off the SCOTUS website. No Audio will be available is my understanding.

the justices (all of them it seems) dont want to step out on that branch! , they handed Mr Gura his hat along with a few insults. Good thing the NRA took the other tack with their 10 min looks like that's the winning argument. Gura alone would have gone down.

They have life terms I don't know what they are worried about. It is not like they have to be reelected.
