Saturday, August 21, 2010
Renton Fish & Game Club
13 stages, 135 rounds
Plaques for division winners, certificates for class and category winners
Guns, guns, guns on the prize table
$60 match fee includes lunch
Hard cap of 100 shooters

this is my focus for the year.  by then I truly hope to be competitive.  Question is if I can slip a G34 into the budget before then.

Practice hard... be confident in your ammo & equipment... and don't automatically assume that a new gun will make you a better shooter. Sometimes?.. yes... Other times? No. Work with what you know best. It's usually the Indian, and not the arrow.

Yes, I just would like the longer barrel/sight radius (34/17 vs. current G19)....so if I can get it soon enough like next couple months.  I am ordering targets tonight so I can practice at our secret hidden bunker for spring break and in the summer, and will be getting in as much time as I can.

I wish you the best of luck Tom.  You will get out what you put into it and with help/advice from Chris and the gang I'm sure you will do fine.

Well it is really about having fun and consistent practices when under a little stress.  Plus in general I love competition.  I just ordered 100 targets from TargetBarn last night.

Good luck Tom, I'm sure you'll do well. Did you gt any of Ken Blanchard's Zombie targets just for fun?

I have had zombies for quite some time.  I use those with the Scouts when I take them through rifle/shotgun/handgun courses.  My son agrees with Mas that Little Suzie is the real Zombie though, he is quite good at the Mozambique on her.
